A five-in-one website: Prohance

Scroll

Brief

Create a user-friendly website for Prohance, a health drink brand with 5 distinct products targeting diverse audiences (kids, health-conscious individuals, diabetics, pregnant women, recovering patients).

Challenges

  • Conflicting priorities from 5 brand managers.

  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging

  • Short timelines

Solution

  • Data-Driven Content Strategy: Search volume analysis informed content creation, prioritizing content based on market demand. This balanced representation of each product while remaining data-driven.

  • The strategy also included creating consumable content in formats like videos, infographics and blog articles

  • User-Centric Design: User research (surveys, interviews, competitor analysis) led to a website with clear navigation and information hierarchy. An interactive product filter and the option to select user needs at the beginning personalized the journey.

  • Templatized Product Landing Pages: A consistent website structure with product-specific landing pages ensured clear product information delivery.

My role

  • Led UX design, conducting user research and creating wireframes and initial design mockups.

  • Collaborated with UI designers and 2 developers to ensure seamless design implementation.

Results

  • Improved User Experience: Bounce rate dropped to 32%, indicating users found the information they needed.

  • Increased User Engagement: Most users navigated towards product pages, demonstrating user interest.

  • Positive Client Feedback: Both brand managers and Prohance's top management provided positive reviews.
